We successfully planned, equipped and implemented a fully integrated call center for Mosul Municipality to improve citizen communication and streamline public service delivery. The project included the deployment of a modern telephony system, workstations equipped with dedicated operator terminals, and a centralized call management platform with real time monitoring, recording and reporting capabilities.

The solution also featured integration with the municipality’s internal service departments to ensure rapid response and efficient issue resolution. This initiative significantly enhanced the municipality’s ability to handle inquiries, support requests, and feedback through a unified and professional communication channel.
