This project involved the comprehensive planning, preparation, and implementation of the Wavetec Queue Management System at Al-Rafidain Bank – University of Mosul Branch. The objective was to modernize the customer service process through an automated queuing solution tailored to the operational structure of this branch, which primarily serves the academic community.

By deploying Wavetec’s advanced queue management technology, the project aims to significantly improve service efficiency, reduce waiting times, and create a smoother and more organized experience for university employees, teaching staff, researchers, and students. The system helps prioritize service delivery, minimize congestion, and ensure timely handling of banking transactions for the university’s large and diverse clientele.

This implementation reflects a step forward in digital transformation within the banking services provided to educational institutions, enhancing customer satisfaction and reinforcing the bank’s role in supporting Iraq’s academic sector.
